These guys are collecting sea plants and selling a single plant for 5 to 10 Rupees, where as the merchants collecting the plants are selling it at the cost of 100 rupees per plant. In chennai, for a single plant the Aquarium shops are selling at the rate of 150 to 200 INR.

Kilakarai, municipality can take some action to collect the plants from the sea divers at good cost and can sell directly to aquarium owners. These sea divers do not own a house instead they are staying in a hut in a Farm or Garden where as the farm / garden owners are paying money for safeguarding their farm.
